Ashly joined the Nayar & McIntyre LLP team in 2015. Prior to joining the firm, she worked as a legal assistant at a non-profit, Hope Services Center, and prior to that was a customer service representative for USCIS. In addition to overseeing the day to day management of the firm, Ashly assists the attorneys with a wide range of complex immigration cases, including deportation defense, family immigration petitions, consular processing, waivers of inadmissibility, and naturalization applications. Lizet Tabuyo

Lizet started her journey in immigration law working as a receptionist at a local law firm in 2018. She quickly fell in love with this area of law, and enjoyed welcoming clients and learning US immigration laws and process. She then worked at a criminal and immigration law office, where she developed her knowledge of both criminal cases and deportation defense, before joining our firm in 2020. At Nayar & McIntyre, Lizet works on an array of immigration cases, including adjustment of status, naturalization, DACA, I-751s, and waivers. Her goal is to help clients stay informed and calm through their immigration process. She understands how overwhelming it can be, as she was once the client herself. Juana Mojica

Juana’s interest in law was piqued while interning at a local law firm during high school. Juana obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and hopes to attend law school in the future. She works closely with clients to prepare family petitions, waivers, consular processing, and citizenship applications. Juana understands the impact these processes have on the lives of our clients. Angelica Torres

Angelica joined Nayar & McIntyre LLP in 2022 after moving from California. Her passion for immigration is personal as she is the child of immigrants and can relate to clients on a personal level. She understands the hardships they face when arriving in the land of opportunity. She primarily assists in family-based cases, applications for naturalization, adjustment of status, and I-751 removal of conditions. Angelica finds pleasure in helping families and individuals achieve their dreams while assisting them to understand the immigration process. It gives her joy to know that she can help immigrants achieve their goals and unite families. She loves what she does and even more so, being a part of such a caring and great team. Joanna Larin

Joanna’s interest in immigration law started at a young age watching her parents and other family members navigate our immigration system, and celebrating as they achieved their dreams of becoming legal permanent residents and citizens. Remembering how happy that made them motivates her to help other immigrant families every day. She is currently studying at Dallas Brookhaven College and plans to further her studies at University of Texas at Dallas.
