Ashly joined the Nayar & McIntyre LLP team in 2015. Prior to joining the firm, she worked as a legal assistant at a non-profit, Hope Services Center, and prior to that was a customer service representative for USCIS. In addition to overseeing the day to day management of the firm, Ashly assists the attorneys with a wide range of complex immigration cases, including deportation defense, family immigration petitions, consular processing, waivers of inadmissibility, and naturalization applications. Rocio Gonzalez
Receptionist
Prior to joining Nayar & McIntyre in 2019, Rosie worked as a music teacher, and was active in various clubs and charities, including those which empower students to stay in school by providing a support network. Her interest in the legal field developed after participating in mock trials at the UNLV Boyd School of Law. She is currently pursuing further studies at El Centro Dallas College. She enjoys helping clients as our receptionist and is passionate about immigrants and their families being represented and educated on their legal rights. Paula Camila Ibarra
Paralegal
Camila is a Paralegal at Nayar & McIntyre, LLP who works primarily on family-based immigration cases. In 2017, she completed the University of North Texas Paralegal Certificate Program. Prior to joining the firm in 2020, Camila worked as a paralegal at various immigration, criminal and family law firms in the DFW Metroplex, and has over 5 years experience in immigration law. At Nayar & McIntyre, she works on residency applications, DACA petitions, consular processing cases, naturalization, and waivers. Lizet Tabuyo
Paralegal
Lizet started her journey in immigration law working as a receptionist at a local law firm in 2018. She quickly fell in love with this area of law, and enjoyed welcoming clients and learning US immigration laws and process. She then worked at a criminal and immigration law office, where she developed her knowledge of both criminal cases and deportation defense, before joining our firm in 2020. At Nayar & McIntyre, Lizet works on an array of immigration cases, including adjustment of status, naturalization, DACA, I-751s, and waivers. Her goal is to help clients stay informed and calm through their immigration process. She understands how overwhelming it can be, as she was once the client herself.
