NAYAR & MCINTYRE, LLP

IMMIGRATION LAWYERS

At Nayar & McIntyre, LLP, our priority is to offer competent, compassionate and affordable legal representation to the immigrant community. We do not strive to be a high volume practice. Rather, we strive to provide individualized, high quality representation to our clients.

The following is our commitment to our clients:

  • Each client will be treated with respect, courtesy, and compassion.
  • We will communicate with our clients and keep them updated on the status of their case.
  • We will return calls promptly and address questions and concerns immediately.
  • An attorney will primarily work on each case, not a paralegal. Clients have the benefit of direct access to his or her attorney.
  • We will provide affordable representation. We understand that families have many financial demands. We keep our costs low so that you can afford our high quality representation without sacrificing your families’ other needs.
  • We will provide effective and high quality representation to our clients. We will act diligently, resourcefully and timely in each and every case.
